During my studies in England, where I lived with people from all over the world, and then in the United States as a Fulbright Scholar, where I completed my MBA, started my career in expatriate tax consulting, got married and had my first child, I learned to appreciate the value and joy of cultural diversity and the importance of a good local support system. I turned my personal experience and passion into a career.
With 25+ years of experience in all matters around global mobility and people partnering across different industries and types of organizations, I know the ins and outs of global people operations and the importance of cross-functional coordination. I am a licensed US tax consultant (CPA), a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and an ICF trained solution-focused coach with additional specialization in grief coaching.
